Superb visual restoration
Trotec floor inlays reduce the restoration effort
As professional water damage restoration company you often have to advise your customers to carry out insulation drying. For this process flooring, such as tiles or natural stone, is usually removed. If it is not possible to remove these without damage or to obtain spare tiles for replacement, this is a bitter pill to swallow. For now there are further costs to consider in addition to the dirt, dust and noise nuisance.
Before courting your customers' resentment as the bearer of bad news, you should contemplate the perfect restoration alternative: Using our equally effective and decorative new Trotec floor inlays! For these floor inlays unproblematically fit into all standard core drill holes required for insulation drying. This means that an expensive special drilling machine is no longer needed.
The advantages of our new system are obvious: Your customers benefit from a substantially reduced restoration duration, the quicker reusability of the concerned rooms and a minimized dirt, dust and noise nuisance – and beyond that from lower restoration costs.
Floor restoration – easier, faster and less expensive
And that's how it's done: You and your customer choose an inlay decor to go with the flooring from the Trotec sample case. Apropos, our sample case contains the matching or contrasting counterpart for as good as every decor.
And best of all: No licence is required for the installation of our inlays – simply order the required number of inlays.
In order to achieve a preferably decorative laying pattern, you can plan for more shallow holes – in addition to the deep holes extending into the insulation layer. At the end of the drying process all deep holes are filled up to the corresponding height level of the shallow holes. Then the floor inlays are pasted into all drill holes by means of the thin-bed adhesion method and grouted with matching colour – and the floor is restored superbly to the utmost satisfaction of your customers.
If not already included in your standard equipment, we naturally also offer all sorts of other things required beside the different tile inlays and the sample case, e.g. a Duplex drill bit, a wet vertical drilling machine, chisel jigs as well as diverse sealing sets.
