Robust heaters with metallic finish
The new ceramic fan heaters of the TDS-P series don't mind rough surroundings or rugged handling during transport. Owing to the robust construction of their solidly manufactured metal housing these high-performance heating devices have no trouble in dealing with these and other inconveniences and ensure an all-over quick and effective room heating immediately upon switch-on.
Instead of employing conventional heating wire technology the ceramic fan heaters benefit from the advantages of the advanced PTC ceramic heating elements for heating air: Starting with a longer lifetime and less sensitive technology to shorter heat-up times, there is also no dust burnt during the heating process, which renders these ceramic heaters particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Since these devices neither produce condensate nor consume oxygen during operation, they are ideal for heating closed, non-ventilated rooms.
Unique high-performance radial fan construction
Normally, heater fans of this class are fitted with axial fans, but the fan heaters of the TDS-P series come equipped with high-performance radial fans. Compared to axial constructions they can accomplish higher air flow rates at a higher pressure and yet produce less noise. For an individual adjustment of the desired heat output both TDS models are equipped with an infinitely variable thermostat and two heating levels that can be set separately for a heat output of up to 2 kW in case of the TDS 10 P and up to 3 kW in case of the TDS 20 P.
Due to their robust metal construction, the two fan heaters cannot only be used for heating basements, storage facilities or cold indoor construction sites, they can also be applied in construction trailers or roofed market stalls without difficulty. Safe operation is ensured by an integrated overheating protection and an additional tilt protection that automatically deactivates the devices in case they are unintentionally tipped over.
