The new food thermometer BP2F is a combination device and the ideal solution for professionals in the entire catering sector. On the one hand, the thermometer allows for fast, non-contact surface measurements via infrared up to +280 °C, and on the other hand a stainless steel penetration probe enables core temperature measurements in a measuring range from -40 °C to +200 °C. All measured temperature values are digitally displayed.
BP2F – for perfect control of the HACCP directive
According to the HACCP directive, maintaining a temperature range below 4 °C or above 60 °C is one of the most important measures to prevent the development and reproduction of harmful microorganisms. To monitor the compliance with these temperature limits easily, the BP2F comes with adjustable MIN and MAX alarm limit values. This enables particularly fast checks, for example when monitoring cold chains of frozen food or observing minimum cooking temperatures in canteen kitchens.

The integrated LED lamp ensures the illumination of the measuring object even in poor lighting conditions and – after completion of work – the robust and washable IP65 construction also facilitates cleaning of the device.
The core temperature probe, which can be folded into the handle and locked, makes the combination device BP2F particularly compact, so that it easily fits into your jacket pocket.
