Tent heater IDS 30 F – the ideal solution!

Thanks to its robust construction, numerous practice-oriented handling characteristics and flexible application, transport and storage possibilities, the indirect oil heater fan IDS 30 F, which was specially developed for the mobile application as tent heater, is the ideal solution for emergency and rescue services and municipal support organisations. Moreover, this new tent heater is naturally equipped with all tried and tested features of the IDS series: the device comes with everything that is required for an immediate economic heating application and, with its robust and ingeniously simple design, it guarantees high reliability whilst keeping the maintenance effort to a minimum.

The oil heater fan IDS 30 F is prepared for fully automatic thermostat-controlled operation. For use inside a tent, an external thermostat can be connected optionally using a cable of ten metres length. As standard, the tent heater comes equipped with an electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling. Furthermore, the double-walled housing with protective coating offers an effective soundproofing and increased safety at work, for the surface temperature of the outer casing and thus the risk of injuries is minimized. The easily portable device, stackable for both storage and transport, has a robust frame with shock protection and carry handles as well as a hose connector already preassembled.

The fuel supply of the IDS 30 F can be effected either via a large external tank or jerrycan – appropriate accessories are available for both types of application. For in contrast to the other oil heaters of the IDS series, we deliberately decided against integrating a tank in the IDS 30 F for the sake of flexible use. Due to this and the resulting weight reduction, the device is easier to handle and faster to transport since the otherwise necessary residual draining of the tank is no longer necessary. Similarly, the otherwise required bureaucratic effort of obtaining the additional transport and insurance documents for transport and storage is completely omitted.
