Modern gyms are usually equipped with well-functioning heating systems. Ventilation systems as well as ceiling spots are among the most important equipment such a gym or event site should have. But when only a part of the gym is used for a sports class or a small group of people, it is inefficient to heat the entire sports complex. On the other hand, additional staff is required to heat up the hall hours in advance.
Focussed heat
With an additional mobile heating system, you are optimally prepared. This system has to be put into operation only a few minutes before the course or event starts. At the push of a button, the defined area reaches the required temperature. In this field of application, the electric heaters of the TEH series from Trotec are reliable heat suppliers. No inlet or exhaust air openings are needed, since the models of the TEH series do not consume any oxygen. Therefore, they are particularly well suited for indoor use. The robust and technically sophisticated construction ensures a focussed flow of heated air and a high fan performance, making sure that the heat reaches exactly the area where it is needed.
Always the right model
Even the smallest version of the TEH electric heating devices, the TEH 20 T, comes with a decent performance. The compact heater manages a performance of 2.5 kW. It impresses with its infinitely variable thermostat control, ensuring that the heating elements only switch themselves on as needed in addition to the permanent fan according to precise temperature parameters. The more, the better? In this case we recommend the use of the professional electric heater TEH 100. Due to a fan performance of up to 1,440 m³/h and a heating capacity of 18 kW, it heats up even larger parts of a gym in next to no time.
