Stainless steel desiccant dehumidifier TTR 160
The TTR 160 guarantees reliable adsorption air dehumidification in the corrosion resistant stainless steel housing
Adsorption dehumidifier "made in Germany" for air humidity regulation
The TTR 160 is a ready-to-install desiccant dehumidifier ”made in Germany” for humidity regulation in production and storage areas as well as for protection against corrosion and condensation in humidity-sensitive environments and facilities.
This low-maintenance stainless steel device does not only guarantee high dehumidification values especially at low dew points. Its housing is also known for a high corrosion resistance and good hygiene characteristics.
Therefore, the TTR 160 is perfectly suitable for operational environments where special hygienic standards apply or where there are extremely material-straining atmospheres.
With the TTR 160 you can benefit from a professional desiccant dehumidifier originally produced by Trotec which has been developed and manufactured according to the highest of quality standards in Germany.
Corrosion resistant stainless steel housing
In addition to integrated heat recovery, the standard equipment also includes a self-regulating electronic regeneration air heating consisting of thermistor elements (PTC) whose performance capacity depends on air inlet temperature and regeneration air volume.
The advantage of this solution lies for one in an optimal performance matching and in the fact that overheating is not possible, making a safety thermostat superfluous.
Working principle of the TTR 160 adsorption dehumidifier
TTR-Trisorp-Mono
A fan for process and regeneration air is placed in front of the rotor. A partial flow of the dry air is used for regeneration.
All TTR adsorption dehumidifiers have reliable silica gel sorption rotors in washable and mechanically highly stable design. The chemical stability of silica gel guarantees that water vapor or clear water will not destroy the rotor. Light impurities such as dust only lead to a reduced dehumidification performance.
Depending on the design of the Trotec adsorption dehumidifiers, process and regeneration air are channeled in different ways.
