Desiccant dehumidifier TTR 400 D
The mobile dehumidifier TTR 400 D: Maximum performance and double flexibility thanks to Duoventic
Variable circulating air drying with the TTR 400 D ensures power-saving dehumidification at an increased drying rate:
The TTR 400 D desiccant dehumidifier not only impresses with its very good dehumidification performance even at low dew points well below 0 °C but also with maximum versatility due to the TTR Trisorp Dual principle of operation:
Two separate air flows for dry and regeneration air with two separate fans for each circuit allow an efficient pressure-tolerant recirculation when setting up the dehumidifier outside as well as inside the room to be treated.
Compared to the "outdoor air" supplying the regeneration air, in contrast to conventional through-air operation, up to 30 °C lower dew point temperatures can be achieved with the TTR 400 D for a nominal dry air volume. Therefore, dew points far below 0 °C can be achieved, which results in considerably lower drying stages and in considerably more energy-efficient operation!
Double flexibility thanks to Duoventic
All TTR-D models are also equipped with the advanced Duoventic air volume regulation which allows independent, infinite, electronic control of both fans of the separate air circuits. Duoventic therefore allows you to separately fine-adjust moisture content and volume flow of the required dry air without the need to install energy-wasting throttle valves, for example, as it had often been necessary in the past.
Thanks to Duoventic, you can always use the full potential fast and demand-orientedly without any conversions while at the same time configuring every climate scenario with only one device: Extremely dry air with a low air flow, larger volumes of dry air or maximum circulating air performance with a moderate ratio of dry air. A standard DIN socket for external switchings allows to control the TTR 400 D by means of an optional hygrostat, time clock or other external switching devices with matching DIN plug. In addition to integrated heat recovery, the standard equipment of the TTR 400 D desiccant dehumidifier also includes a self-regulating electronic regeneration air heating consisting of thermistor elements (PTC) whose performance capacity depends on air inlet temperature and regeneration air volume.
The advantage of this solution lies for one in an optimal performance matching and in the fact that overheating is not possible, making a safety thermostat superfluous. The standard operating hours counter of the TTR 400 D is optionally available as a dual counter for operating and kilowatt hours.
Professional quality "made in Germany" - original Trotec manufacturing.
The TTR 400 D is also the perfect solution to be installed in intermediate ceilings. Due to the wide range of TTR system accessories, hose or pipe connections can be connected to the regeneration air inlet on the TTR 400 D or different Z-line filters of different filter classes can be used for the dehumidifier for separate air supply.
All filters can be changed quickly and easily without opening the device.
Flexible possibilities of use and adjustable, pressure-tolerant recirculation are combined with higher energy efficiency and lower drying stages as well as the advanced Duoventic air volume regulation. Used with components from the wide range of available system accessories, the TTR 400 D desiccant dehumidifier is therefore a universal dryer for most diverse drying applications in industry, logistics, supplies and building sector.
Working principle of the adsorption dehumidifier TTR 400 D
TTR-Trisorp-Dual
Separate air flow of process and regeneration air by one fan each. With purge sector for heat recovery for the incoming regeneration air.
All TTR adsorption dehumidifiers have reliable silica gel sorption rotors in washable and mechanically highly stable design. The chemical stability of silica gel guarantees that water vapor or clear water will not destroy the rotor. Light impurities such as dust only lead to a reduced dehumidification performance.
Depending on the design of the Trotec adsorption dehumidifiers, process and regeneration air are channeled in different ways.
