Deep well pump TDP 750 E
Powerful 1,000 W stainless steel pump with a flow rate of up to 5,100 litres of clear water per hour
FREE SERVICE WATER FOR HOUSE AND GARDEN
The deep well pump TDP 750 E with its housing made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel is the perfect assistant when it comes to reliably conveying clear water from wells, reservoirs or shafts. This way, you can operate green spaces, garden areas and other consumptive points in the house with free service water which allows you to save many cubic metres of expensive tap water year after year. The powerful pump with 1,000 W transports up to 5,100 litres of water per hour from a depth of up to 50 metres (max. delivery head).
Good to know: In general, deep well pumps or submersible pressure pumps are designed for delivering water from great depths. Depending on the delivery head and flow rate, the pumps are available in different versions and performance levels.
Water galore, indoors and outdoors
The TDP 750 E is equipped with a stainless steel dirt strainer that filters out potential contaminations in the water caused by suspended matter and dirt particles from a size of 1.8 mm (based on a solids content of 0.15 % in one tonne of water). This allows you to use the conveyed clear water complementary to the domestic water supply, e.g. for the washing machine, flushing the toilet or for washing dishes and cleaning. As a matter of course, you can also water your flower or kitchen gardens, your flower beds and boxes on the your balcony and your lawn with the precious resource all summer long.
ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMICAL
It is a good and profitable idea to include available water sources into your daily water demand, not only with regard to global warming and the trend towards a greater frequency of hotter and drier summers. Especially if you are one of the lucky ones to have a well, a well hole or a water shaft on your property. Particularly for irrigating green spaces, for washing your dishes, laundry or for cleaning, you can make perfect use of this available natural resource while permanently saving expensive tap water. By the way, this is also how you will protect the environment, since the tap water acquires its high drinking quality only after complex chemical treatments. The less chemicals are used, the better.
Trotec's deep well pumps are really efficient devices that have been specially designed as submersible pressure pumps. Due to their particular construction and high-quality technology, they can be used in very narrow drilled wells with a minimum diameter of 15 centimetres. The standard equipment contains a connection cable of 23 metres length, providing an unproblematic water transport from great depths. The integrated suspension eyes allow to easily lower the pumps down the well, cistern, drainage shaft or similar. Like all submersible pressure pumps our deep well pumps, too, are optionally suited for either fixed installation or the mobile application at various sites.
Saving tip: In the long run self-pumped water saves money. The investment for installing a well in your own garden (if not already present) will quickly redeem itself over the course of only a few years – depending on the individual usage intensity. Specialized well builders can help you in the planning and construction phase of your own garden well.
PLUG & PLAY – THE CONVENIENT AND PRACTICAL SOLUTION
The power supply is implemented via the 23 m underwater cable that is included in the scope of delivery. Thanks to the Plug & Play connection, the TDP 750 E is immediately ready for use. In order to lower the pump into the pumping medium easily and safely, the housing is equipped with two stable suspension eyes. The optionally available spacer foot that can be mounted enables to set the deep well pump into the prepared indentation in the ground, e.g. in drainage shafts or wells. However, the bottom of the well must be clean and free from dirt in this case.
High-quality materials combined with modern technology
A stable housing made of stainless steel, a maintenance-free copper motor and a robust pressure connection with brass insert make the TDP 750 E an extremely durable device. The excellent workmanship and state-of-the-art technology of both motor and pump guarantee a smooth and energy-efficient operation of the pump in its constant underwater application.
A strainer from stainless steel protects the deep well pump from contamination, a thermal protection circuit provides overheating protection. A reliable check valve prevents conveyed water from flowing back in the pipe, thus ensuring that water is always available when required.
FULL POWER AND SLIM DESIGN
From a depth of up to 50 m, the powerful pressure of the TDP 750 E of max. 5.2 bar reliably supplies the people aboveground with up to 85 litres of clear water per minute. As the compact power pack is designed rather slim, the pump can even be used in smaller bore holes with a minimum diameter of 150 mm.
Continuous operation in water throughout the season – be on the safe side!
Once the ready-to-use-device has been lowered to the ground of the well or shaft (submersion depth of 20 metres), you'll have nothing else to worry about. The TDP 750 E offers watertight encapsulation in accordance to IPX8 type of protection and is designed for continuous underwater use. This high-quality feed pump always provides maximum safety. The operational safety of the deep well pump was tested by the inspection authority TÜV Rheinland. You only have to make sure that the pump is always completely submerged in the pumping medium and has a minimum distance of 50 cm to the bottom of the well to be protected from potential deposits near the ground.
Special equipment features of the TDP 750 E
Finding a suitable deep well pump that meets your individual requirements
The water consumption of a lawn sprinkler depends on the hose diameter and the feed pump's water pressure.
Here is a rule of thumb for determining at least an approximate water demand: A customary lawn sprinkler needs roughly 800 to 1,200 litres of water per hour*
*depending on the water pressure
The further up the deep well pump has to transport the water, the lower will be the water pressure and the maximum flow rate in litres per hour. For this reason you should make sure the pump you choose is sufficiently dimensioned. Calculate the anticipated water demand and then decide in favour of the TDP deep well pump that best meets your individual requirements.
The deep well pump TDP 5500 E transports up to 6,000 litres per hour which – depending on the delivery head – is sufficient for the simultaneous water supply of several sprinklers.
If you want to make use of a smaller number of sprinklers, but they are located further away from the well, we recommend the deep well pump TDP 7500 E – it achieves a delivery head of up to 93 metres. With a flow rate of 4,800 litres per hour it also permits a sufficient pressure level for the parallel operation of several lawn sprinklers.
The ideal supplement: Pressure switch for automatic pump control
With an electronic pressure switch you can control your water pump automatically without having to switch the pump on or off manually. The pressure switch monitors both the water pressure and the flow rate in the pipe and switches the pump connected on and off automatically when the tap or garden hose is used. In addition, the pressure switch protects the pump against running dry and in this way extends its service life. For our garden pumps of the TGP series we recommend using the electronic pressure switch TDP DSP as a convenient Plug & play solution. With their integrated mains power socket the Trotec garden pumps can be easily connected to the pressure switch using a mains plug. For Trotec's deep well pumps of the TDP series we offer the pressure switch TDP DS. Its open cable end is connected directly to the control box of the deep well pump and the pressure switch can control the water delivery automatically. Also choose reliable Trotec brand quality when you need a pressure switch!
