Oil heater fan IDE 80
Our most powerful indirect oil heater fan IDE 80 is our recommendation for construction sites, halls, agriculture and workshops!
So much hot air for so little money – this is the successful concept of the IDE series which also applies to its currently largest member. The oil heater fan IDE 80 has a heating capacity of 80 kW setting new standards for its own class as well as for heating at construction sites, in workshops and halls as well as in agriculture.
The optional flue gas discharge allows flexible use of the indirect-fired oil heater fan IDE 80 for heating closed rooms. The IDE 80 is fired either with diesel or fuel oil. Continuous fuel supply to the stainless steel combustion chamber is regulated by means of a high-quality Danfoss injection pump.
Among the further assets are the easily accessible, external fuel filter as well as the possibility to easily read the remaining fuel volume at the filling level indication integrated in the tank.
A built-in thermostat with a dual display for the actual and the nominal value is provided for temperature control. Another external thermostat with a 25-metre connection cable is available for applications in which the oil heater fan shall not be positioned in the area to be heated.
The oil heater fan IDE 80 is, of course, also excellently equipped for outdoor heating: The smooth-running carriage construction with cable holders and a fuel tank as well as the durable, double-coated housing make it as mobile as weatherproof.
IDE indirect oil heaters – maximum heating power, clean warmth
The indirect oil heaters of the IDE series are ideally suited for rooms in which ventilation is only possible to a certain extent, but which still are to be used by people and animals. They are also a good choice for speeding up construction drying as well as in rooms where there is a fire hazard due to combustible substances.
In case of indirect heaters, the air to be heated is completely isolated from the combustion chamber.
The air is heated while flowing past the enlarged area of the combustion chamber, the heat exchanger. To be sure, the fan blowing out warm air also provides the required combustion air, but the combustion products are led away into the open air through a chimney.
Thus, in order to obtain both clean and dry warmth, we recommend using an indirect heater.
Unlike direct heaters, they do not emit any combustion products or water vapour into the room air, provided that the optionally available flue gas discharge is used.
