Pedestal radiant heater IRS 2005

3-wing pedestal infrared radiant heater with three heating levels (max. 2,000 W) for cosy warm hours outdoors

Stylish combination of warmth and well-being

Enjoy summerlike, warm temperatures on your balcony, terrace, or in outdoor hospitality venues, with the infrared radiant heater IRS 2005 that stands out from the crowd. The cleverly thought-out 3‑wing radiant heater was specially designed to supply seating areas in the garden, tables in roofed outdoor catering areas, booths, bar tables or outdoor exhibition stands with pleasant all-round warmth. In doing so, the radiant heater, which can be applied as floor-standing and umbrella device, requires a pleasantly small amount of space to emit its warmth following the natural principle of the sun.

Minimum space requirement, maximum heat comfort

The well thought-out design of the IRS 2005 is impressive in terms of aesthetics, functionality and safety. The floor-standing radiant heater, which is made of weatherproof aluminium and is splash-proof according to protection type IP34, can be set up in just a few steps. Its non-tilting base made of matt aluminium guarantees a safe stand. The device is fixed in a non-slip manner on the high-quality stainless steel pole without any tools using a rotary knob locking screw.

2-in-1: Usable as floor-standing and umbrella radiant heater

You wish to use the IRS 2005 in combination with a parasol? Nothing could be easier. Since the design of the stylish 3-wing radiant heater not only allows for uncomplicated mounting to the stainless steel pole supplied, but also to any parasol or gastro umbrella (suitable for Ø 2.5 cm - 6 cm). This saves space and is also outrageously good-locking. Protective grids across the heating wings prevent direct contact of the umbrella lining with the heating elements. Its visually appealing propeller design with heating arms that can be adjusted vertically up to 90° and which, in addition, can also be folded in and out steplessly, guarantees intensive 360° all-round warmth in all directions. The heating intensity of the three heating elements can be adjusted according to your individual needs. In the first heating stage (700 W) one heating arm switches on, in the second stage (1,300 W) two heating arms and in the third and highest heating stage (2,000 W) all three arms. Depending on the number of people, you can selectively provide individual seats or entire seating areas under the halogen infrared heater with pleasant warmth. The radiant heat always reaches the places in which it is really needed. This makes the floor-standing radiant heater IRS 2005 an extremely energy-efficient heat source to sufficiently supply surfaces up to 10 m² with cosy infrared warmth.

Whether they are used for professional catering applications, private surroundings, or as a temporary heating solution in the event sector – the radiant heaters IRS 2005 and IR 2005 SC are impressive economically attractive heating solutions that enable you to enjoy the time outdoors throughout the year with pleasant warmth.

Warmth that is immediately perceptible on the skin

The pleasant heat radiation of the radiant heater is perceptible on the skin directly after the device is switched on. For adjustment of the heat intensity, the IRS 2005 features three heating levels with 700 watts, 1,300 watts and 2,000 watts, respectively, adjustable by two toggle switches on the heating device. The warming infrared radiation is generated by a glare-free halogen heating element without affecting the ambient atmosphere.

Infrared heat: As pleasant and natural as the sun

The infrared radiant heater IRS 2005 heats its direct surroundings according to the natural principle of the sun. In contrast to devices with heating wires, the infrared rays of the IRS 2005 do not heat the ambient air but exclusively the surfaces and persons which they reach. The objects illuminated (for example furniture, wall and ceilings) absorb the heat and store it to then slowly release it again. The objects therefore serve as additional energy and heat storage units – even when the device is switched off, additionally increasing the efficiency of the pedestal radiant heater IRS 2005. The heat radiation generates a pleasant feeling of warm sunrays in summer on the skin.

Everyone feels temperatures in a different way. Our individual heat sensation is for example influenced by the distance to the heat source. The smaller the distance to the radiant heater, the smaller the space illuminated – the greater the distance to the radiator, the larger the space illuminated. The infrared radiant heater IRS 2005 with its powerful 2,000 watts is suitable for surfaces in roofed outdoor areas of approx. 10 m². Please observe that the area to be heated should be sheltered from the wind, since the warming effect may otherwise be neutralized by the air flow.

As clean as nature – without any disturbing emissions

In particular allergy sufferers and people with a sensitive respiratory tract will pleasantly feel the beneficial effects of the infrared radiant heater and will no longer want to do without them. In contrast to electric heaters, the clean and condensation-free instant heat is generated without raising dust and without producing any disturbing noise or odours.
