The environment is protected by the use of the pedestal radiant heater, because in contrast to conventional gas-powered heating mushrooms, no climate-damaging CO2 is emitted. Another point in favour of using the visually appealing IRS 3020 in outdoor catering is its low risk potential. While gas-powered heating mushrooms always pose a potential fire hazard due to their open flame, the IRS 3020 does not pose any hazard. All that is emitted is pure feel-good warmth – with TÜV-approved safety!
Two-stage 360° feel-good warmth with up to 3,000 W output
The mushroom-shaped reflector and the stable pedestal of the IRS 3020 are made of softly shimmering aluminium while the approx. 1.90 m long telescopic rod impresses with stainless steel. The infrared radiant heater, which is pleasantly lightweight and energy-saving compared to gas mushroom heaters, offers two powerful heating levels (1,500 W / 3,000 W). Two integrated 1,500 watts halogen infrared tubes provide for even 360° all-round warmth without any preheating time. Directly perceptible on the skin, without warming the ambient air first and completely without any disturbing odours or noises. Perfect prerequisites to spend crystal clear nights outdoors throughout the whole year at pleasant feel-good temperatures.

With the IRS 3020 the sun shines 365 days a year
The two high-quality halogen infrared tubes of the IRS 3020 generate heat according to the natural principle of the sun. This is particularly energy-efficient, since a great deal of the energy input is converted directly into heat. The infrared radiant heater does not heat the ambient air, instead it is objects and persons in the immediate surroundings that absorb and store the warmth before they again release it to the environment in the form of secondary radiation.
The heat is distributed by a fan that operates noiselessly and without raising dust, thus allowing even allergy sufferers and asthmatics to breathe freely in the immediate vicinity of the radiant heater — for long, cosy and carefree evenings outdoors.
TÜV-approved safety: tilt protection switch and protective grid
Children and pets love to frolic and romp around. But also when friends or guests are invited, it is possible that something accidentally falls over. In the unlikely event that the pedestal radiant heater at some point is close to toppling over despite its stable aluminium base, the integrated tilt protection switch immediately interrupts the power supply to the heating element.
Moreover, the radiant heater is protected against spray water and against the ingress of foreign objects by protection type IP34. To provide additional safety, the heating tube comes equipped with a protective grid preventing accidental contact. Thoroughly secure and protected. A good feeling!

Optimum room temperature control with the socket thermostat BN30
Just install it in the socket and connect it to the heating or cooling device on the socket thermostat BN30, and you can have your heating or cooling unit automatically switched on and off by the BN30 depending on the temperature. The socket thermostat available as an accessory is individually adjustable within a temperature range from 5 °C to 30 °C.
Radio thermostat BN35 with timer switch for the socket
With the radio thermostat BN35 you can easily determine at which room temperature your heating or cooling unit will switch on or off using the remote control. The BN35 set consists of a radio-controlled socket and a radio thermostat. Simply plug the radio-controlled socket in between a wall outlet and your heating or cooling unit. Place the radio thermostat within approx. 20 metres in the place where the room temperature is to be measured. As an alternative, time-controlled regulation can also be carried out.
