With an idle speed of 3,150 rpm, the compact mini cordless portable circular saw PCSS 05-20V is the fast and handy solution for precise longitudinal cuts. Whether wood, plastics or non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and copper – the mini portable circular saw equipped with a powerful Flexpower 20 V lithium-ion battery (2.0 Ah) is particularly recommended for flexible sawing work where a conventional circular saw is too bulky.
Simply and quickly sawing with one hand
For example for cutting laminate, parquet or plasterboard. With equal ease, door leaves and skirting boards can be shortened, copper pipes, tiles and roofing tiles cut through or plywood panels cut to size with an infinitely adjustable cutting depth between 0 and 28.5 mm. The cutting depth can be easily set without tools using a locking lever on the device. For a quick and safe change of the saw blades the portable circular saw is equipped with a convenient spindle lock and start lock. A suitable Allen wrench for changing the saw blade is already included in the scope of delivery.
Precision plunge saw including full equipment
The low device weight and the ergonomically shaped handle with soft grip inlays guarantee safe single-handed working – even overhead. To prevent the dust generated from getting into the eyes when working overhead, the lightweight has an adapter for connecting an optional dust extraction system. The scope of delivery also includes a rip fence for precise saw cuts over the entire cutting length. The three-stage battery level indication reliably informs you at any time about the remaining power of the 20 V multi-device battery with a total powerful 2 Ah charging capacity. In order to benefit from a quicker charging process (1 h), a quick charge with automatic charge termination is supplied in the standard scope of delivery. This complete ready-to-use set is rounded off by three high-quality saw blades: an HSS saw blade with 44 teeth for processing aluminium and light metal sheets, a diamond saw blade for tiles, ceramics or granite and a preassembled TCT saw blade with 24 teeth for working with wood and plastics. Everything immediately at hand! Dust and impact-proof storage in a convenient Trotec tool box.

The 20 V 2 Ah battery is partially charged upon delivery, allowing you to immediately start using the mini portable circular saw after unpacking. The saw blades included in the scope of delivery are suitable for the most common sawing operations and are mounted on the device in no time at all.

As an extraction system for electric tools, the VC 15‑20V keeps the air and working environment clean – making you independent of free sockets and annoying extension cables. Just as many Trotec power tools, the vacuum cleaner draws its power from a lithium-ion battery (20V/2Ah) from the Flexpower multi-device battery series.
Fine dust particles that are ejected in the sanding or sawing process are sucked into the 10-litre dust collection container without any effort by the extremely manoeuvrable cordless vacuum cleaner with its practical castors.
