The VE 4 MultiQube was designed by our engineers as a central power unit of the innovative MultiQube system which can also be operated individually.
Its robust and extremely durable ABS housing is 100 % recyclable and characterized by a high impact resistance and surface toughness, good sound absorption and easy cleaning.
In combination with a 1.1 kW high-quality motor and many unique equipment features, this is what makes the VE 4 MultiQube probably the most compact, powerful, light-weight and silent insulation dryer of its class.
Installation optimization with Optiflow LEDs
In practice, ammeters are absolutely unfit for system control and performance optimization of insulation drying installations since in the everyday working conditions of an insulation dryer, the difference between an air flow rate of 100 % and less than 20 % is less than one ampere!
This corresponds to a tiny section of the ammeter scale ➀, which can neither be properly read nor can conclusions be drawn from it when used for drying applications. Furthermore, the remaining 95 % of the ammeter scale ➁ are completely useless for the drying technician.
By contrast, the Optiflow electronics of the VE 4 MultiQube® is able to increase the resolution of the tiniest ampere scales significantly by “spreading” ➂ the usable range and to indicate even the slightest value changes by means of signal processing via the Optiflow LEDs from green to red.
