So much hot temper in such a compact, robust and easily portable construction? It is hard to believe, but made possible by Trotec, as one can immediately recognize from the brand logo imprinted on the outside of this electric heater painted in signal red.
Its excellent workmanship, the transport-friendly dimensions and a sophisticated heating technology make the TDS 10 C an indispensable heating device for assembly work, workshops, market stalls, construction trailers and other cold rooms.
For unlike conventional electric heating devices, the TDS 10 C uses an advanced PTC ceramic heating element for heating the air. Advantages of PTC as compared to heating wires: longer lifetime, less sensitive technology, shorter heat-up times, process-related overheating protection – and no burning of dust during heating, which additionally makes this ceramic heater suitable for allergy sufferers.
Thanks to the smoothly running fan and the large heater battery surface, you can benefit from a pleasantly homogeneous, draught-free hot air current – which is, moreover, usually produced in a more silent way. As an additional plus in safety, the integrated ceramic heating element also increases the fan heater's stability.
With its two heating levels that can be set separately, the TDS 10 C can be variably switched to 1 kW or 2 kW heating operation and, in combination with its powerful axial fan, provides pleasant warmth in cold rooms.
The desired temperature can be regulated as needed via the integrated infinitely variable thermostat of the TDS 10 C. If required, the fan can also be used in sole fan operation without heating function.
Practical tip: Instead of positioning it on the floor, you can also flexibly mount the TDS 10 C to a wall or ceiling. For as it leaves the factory, this electric heater is already fitted with two fastening threads mounted to the sides that serve to accommodate the optionally available wall and ceiling holders.
