Rental Period / Terms of Payment

Start of rental is the day of delivery, or the pickup day. At the earliest, the delivery of the devices takes place one day after receipt of the proof of payment of the security deposit (bank-confirmed transfer, PayPal, etc.) as well as a copy of the identity card. The rental period is basically unlimited, unless a fixed rental period has been determined, but is at least 7 calendar days and 3 calendar days for measuring devices

If the return is before 11:00, the return date will not be counted. If the devices are to be picked up by forwarding company, we ask for written cancellation until 2 PM of the current working day. The collection will then be arranged for the next working day.

In the categories of air conditioning and heating, we offer seasonal rentals. Please consult our service staff. These discounts refer only to the device rental price and not to the resulting delivery or service costs.

Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The amount of the rent deposit is calculated individually depending on the type and number of rented devices. The deposit will be transferred back after the end of the rental with the accruing rental fee and possibly the remaining balance.
