Collection by the Customer and Returning the Machines and Appliances
Collection by the Customer
We are able to offer our private customers and business clients the opportunity to collect the machines and appliances they require from one of our locations in Heinsberg (DE), Schwerin (DE), Niederhausbergen (FR), Chaam (NL), Affi (IT), Helsinki (FI) and Istanbul (TR). Machines and appliances can be collected Mondays to Fridays from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
In case of customer collection, we will require the rental agreement, a copy of your ID and a deposit. The deposit amount depends on the type and number of machines or appliances that you wish to rent and will be calculated individually. The deposit will be offset against the hiring charge. The remaining balance will be paid to your account.
Returning the Hired Appliances
The appliances must be returned to the branch from which they were collected. If they are returned by 11:00am, the day of return will not be charged as a full day of rental.
The appliances can be returned Mondays to Fridays between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
