Ideally equipped for demanding routing work
With the versatile PRTS 10-1200 router, you can achieve perfect results with outstanding routing quality on complex wood projects. Processing workpieces and edges made of wood as well as plastic and lightweight construction materials, such as plasterboard, is comparatively easy thanks to the outstanding tool equipment. What other manufacturers often have to buy as expensive accessories is already included in the generous scope of delivery of the PRTS 10-1200 router.
Unpack, plug in and get started straight away
A 6-piece router cutter set enables the uncomplicated routing of grooves, V-grooves and semi-cavities in workpiece edges. It is just as easy to round off edges, shape profiles and create visually attractive and stable wood joints. A depth and rip fence including guide rods, a copy sleeve for time-saving reproduction of cutting shapes and a compass tip for routing circular shapes are also included in the extensive accessory set of the PRTS 10-1200. The premium equipment is rounded off by two collets with 6 mm and 8 mm shanks, a reducer with adapter for connecting an external dust extraction system and a wrench for quickly changing the cutters.
With this complete equipment, the powerful 1,200 watt PRTS 10-1200 router is recommended for both professional furniture construction and creative DIY woodworking:
- Milling all types of wood (solid wood, plywood), plastic and lightweight materials (e.g. plasterboard and fiberboard)

Outstanding cutting quality with maximum precision
The high routing accuracy of the PRTS 10-1200 is just as impressive as its features and performance. With infinitely variable routing depth adjustment between 0 mm and 55 mm and additional fine adjustment, cuts can be made with a precision of up to 0.1 mm. The tool power can be infinitely adjusted from 11,000 to 30,000 rpm using the setting wheel with a total of 7 orientation levels, which always ensures the optimum speed and therefore enables work to be carried out in a way that is suitable for the material and adapted to the router bit used.
Perfect ergonomics for comfortable working
Two ergonomically shaped handles guarantee comfortable handling and fatigue-free guidance of the tool, while the balanced center of gravity of the router ensures a secure footing and maximum control at all times. The hand tiller is equipped with a 3 m mains cable for maximum freedom of movement. The milling depth is set conveniently and easily using a height-adjustable depth stop with scale and fine adjustment. The integrated step or turret stop is the perfect aid for achieving greater milling depths in stages. Thanks to the spindle lock, the tool tips can be changed quickly and easily.

Milling grooves
Milling a groove is one of the main tasks of the PRTS 10-1200 router. Tongue-and-groove joints are used in furniture making to create stable connections between individual elements. It is also easy to decorate wooden boards with a wide variety of shapes and recesses.
Profile milling
Artistic profiles literally add the finishing touches to workpieces and shape their individual character. With the PRTS 10-1200 hand router, wooden edges can be professionally milled to give tables, shelves and other furniture an individual look.
Milling chamfers
Beveled workpiece edges (chamfers) are another way to decorate wooden constructions and give them an individual character. With the PRTS 10-1200 router and the right router bit, chamfers can be created quickly and easily.
Milling circles
If you want to decorate wooden objects with circular cut-outs, the PRTS 10-1200 router with included compass tip is the perfect tool for the job. This makes it easy to create circular decorations and recesses in the desired radius in the workpiece.

Which milling head is suitable for which job?
So that you can get started immediately after unpacking the PRTS 10-1200, the router comes with six router heads for a wide variety of routing jobs. The semi-cove router, the profile router and the rounding router have an integrated thrust ring (ball bearing) to keep the distance to the workpiece edge constant when routing. This is particularly advantageous if the workpiece has many edges with different angles and curves.
1 x Semi-cavity milling cutter
The semi-corner milling cutter is a milling head that tapers round at the tip. In furniture construction, this router bit is ideal for routing recessed handles in cupboard doors and drawers, for example. Workpieces can also be individually decorated with the semi hollow groove cutter.
2 x groove cutters (6 mm and 12 mm width)
The tongue and groove joint is the most common way of joining individual workpieces together in wood and furniture construction. To mill the necessary groove in the workpiece, two groove cutters in different widths are included in the scope of delivery.
1 x V-groove cutter
In contrast to the V-groove milling cutter or semi-coving cutter, the V-groove milling cutter has a pointed milling head for milling chamfers or engraving workpieces, for example.
1 x rounding cutter
The rounding cutter can be used to mill cleanly rounded edges and curves on the workpiece. Ideal for embellishing sharp-edged workpieces and giving them a modern touch.
1 x profile cutter
The profile cutter is suitable for the visual decoration and embellishment of wooden workpieces.
PRTS 10-1200 - precise cuts without stirring up dust
Forget dusty work areas or rooms - the PRTS 10-1200 has something against dust in the air. The router is supplied with adapters for connecting an external dust extraction unit to prevent fine dust, which is inevitably generated during routing, from becoming airborne and being inhaled. The reducer and adapter enable the connection of conventional industrial and workshop vacuum cleaners.
