Delivery within takes place as fast standard shipping via our shipping partners UPS, DHL and DPD. Large-volume orders may be delivered on pallets. Information on the availability of a product can always be found in the delivery status display in the detailed description.

The delivery time depends on the selected payment method. With the payment method "Prepayment", the goods in stock will be dispatched after receipt of payment. For all other payment methods, the goods are dispatched immediately after receipt of the order.

Orders for goods in stock are usually dispatched on the same day from one of our distribution warehouses. Delivery is usually made within 5-10 working days (Tuesday to Friday).

A retroactive change of the delivery address is unfortunately not possible. Our ordering and delivery processes are organised in such a way that orders are processed immediately upon receipt.

We also deliver internationally, of course. Please note that the shipping costs could be higher.

Please also note that when shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), customs duties and any other duties levied by the importing country or the local carrier may apply in addition to the shipping costs.
