Which payment method can I choose when placing an order?
In the Trotec Online Shop you can choose as your payment method:
- prepayment

- Amazon Pay

How does payment in advance work?

In the order confirmation that we send you by email, you will find the total amount of your order as well as our bank details. If possible, please state the order number when you make the transfer, so that the processing of your order is not unnecessarily delayed. You can also pay conveniently and securely by credit card with Trotec. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. To do this, select credit card as the payment method when ordering and complete your order as usual. You will then be redirected to the PAYONE page where you will be asked to enter your credit card details. We do not store this information for your own security.

How does payment via Amazon Pay work?
With Amazon Pay you can use the payment and shipping information stored in your Amazon account without having to go through the registration process in our Online Shop. Simply click on the "Pay via Amazon" button in the shopping cart. A pop-up then opens in which you can log in with your Amazon details. You can then select the desired payment method and the shipping address from your data stored at Amazon and complete your purchase with us. Can I also pay by credit card when ordering by fax or email?
Unfortunately, this is not possible as the credit card payment in the Online Shop is automatically processed via PAYONE. Unfortunately, our employees therefore are not able to intervene in the payment process.
Are there also instalment payment models?
Yes, in the Trotec Online Shop we offer "hire purchase" in cooperation with PayPal. The prerequisite for using PayPal instalment payment is a German PayPal account with a confirmed bank account and a good credit rating.
This option is displayed to you during the ordering process after logging into your PayPal account and works as follows:
Select PayPal as your payment method when placing an order and log in to your PayPal account. If PayPal instalment payment is displayed as an option, select it, make the request and confirm your details. Your request will be checked in a few seconds. After approval, you make a binding request for the PayPal instalment payment and confirm the purchase. That's it!
How can I redeem a voucher code?
Click on the button "ACTIVATE VOUCHER CODE" in the menu bar at the top. Please then enter the voucher code and click on the submit button. This will show you all the reduced items. It is important that you enter your voucher code exactly as you received it from us - without spaces.
