You can place your Trotec order in several ways: Online at Quality that inspires | TROTEC or purchase items directly at our store in Heinsberg (please observe opening hours).

How do I register for the online shop?
Registering in the Trotec online shop is easy: At the top right, click on the “My Account” icon and select “New to Trotec? Register here.” This will open a page where you can register as a new customer. Please fill in all the fields and click the “Create an account” button to complete the registration.
After that, you’ll be taken directly to your personal “My Account” area. There, you'll be asked to enter the necessary information for your purchase. You’ll also have the option to manage your newsletter subscription, track your order status, view your order history, and save a wishlist.
How can I delete my customer data?
