The BZ07 thermohygrometer, which can be used as a floor-standing or wall-mounted device, provides you with relevant information on the current room climate at a glance. The large and easily readable 5" LCD display shows you both the room temperature (in °C or °F) and the humidity value (in %).
To make it particularly convenient for you, a graphic feel-good indicator shows you by means of 3 symbols whether temperature and humidity are in the optimum feel-good range. So you don't have to interpret the exact measured values, but know directly whether everything is in perfect order with your room climate.
The temperature profile is also recorded
The bar graph indicator of the BZ07 is of interest for monitoring the temperature development of the last 12 hours. As an additional service, the integrated weather trend display shows you how the weather is expected to develop by means of 4 graphics. The wide range of functions is completed by the time or date display and the alarm function with snooze button.

Too warm, too cold, too humid or too dry - everyone has a different feeling. With the BZ07 you always have an overview of the room climate and can consciously change the conditions for the better on the basis of the measured values in order to feel good all round.
Save energy costs thanks to accurate information
Knowledge of the exact room climate data is also important to reduce your energy costs. Every degree of room temperature saved reduces energy consumption for heating by approx. 6% and thus also your heating bill. But even when cooling rooms, it may not always have to be quite so cold. Just pay attention to the room temperature values with the BZ07, it can quickly pay off!
Avoid mould in advance
Caution: A health hazard not to be underestimated is posed by rooms in which mould has already formed due to excessive humidity. To prevent this from happening to you in the first place, you should make sure that the humidity is not too high before using the BZ07. The first recognisable alarm signals are usually damp clothing, a musty smell, mould stains on the walls or germinating potatoes in cellars. Moulds can form from as low as 70% humidity. And when damp air meets cold walls, condensation forms, which can quickly lead to mildew on wallpaper and in corners. Simple ventilation is often not enough to reduce the room air humidity. For a really reliable and at the same time comfortable regulation of the air humidity, dehumidifiers are therefore recommended.
Even air that is too dry is not particularly pleasant, but irritates the respiratory tract, skin and eyes in the long run. With a humidifier, on the other hand, you can quickly raise the moisture content to a comfortable level again. Thanks to the BZ07's clear measured value display, you can directly check whether your measures are having an effect and whether the climate conditions are returning to normal.
Comfort is measurable
Which temperature and humidity values are actually perceived as "pleasant"? The so-called "comfort diagram" (according to Leusden and Freymark) answers this question.
In this overview table it is easy to see that one feels most comfortable within a climate corridor of 20 to 22 °C at 40 to 60 % relative humidity. Climate conditions outside these values, on the other hand, are perceived as unpleasant by most people.
Feel-good indicator - everything is clear at a glance
With the BZ07 indoor climate monitor you not only have the exact values for temperature and humidity always in front of your eyes. For your convenience, an easy-to-understand comfort level indicator is also displayed. The 3 symbols "DRY", "COMFORT" and "WET" show you directly whether the indoor climate is currently "dry", "comfortable" or "humid". So if you see the COMFORT symbol on the display of the BZ07 in the upper part of the bar graph field, you can sit back and relax and be sure that the room climate is optimal.
The temperature and humidity tolerances stored in the unit for this simplified classification correspond largely to the comfort diagram of Leusden and Freymark.

BZ07 - a real all-rounder
The BZ07 thermohygrometer measures the current room temperature and relative humidity every minute. The temperature measuring range is from 0 °C to +50 °C. The relative humidity is measured from 20 % RH to 99 % RH. With the integrated MIN/MAX function, the instrument displays the lowest and highest daily values. The bar graph indicator is useful for assessing the development of room temperature. The LCD display shows you the temperature changes in the last 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 hours as a bar graph. Within a tolerance range of +/-3°C you can clearly follow the temperature changes.
Rain or shine? The weather trend display reveals
As an alternative source of information about the weather situation, the BZ07 offers you a symbolic weather trend display. Based on the humidity values, 4 appealing symbols tell you at a glance whether the weather is sunny, slightly cloudy, cloudy or rainy.
Convenient wake-up mode with snooze button
For use in your bedroom, a wake-up alarm is built into the otherwise completely silent BZ07. The time can be displayed in both 24-hour and 12-hour format. Do you find it difficult to get up in the morning? One press of the snooze button is all it takes to stay in bed for an extra 8 minutes. And if the weather forecast indicates a sunny day, you'll be particularly motivated to start the day! The BZ07 can be easily switched to calendar view by pressing the "Mode" button. Instead of the time, the current date is now displayed for about 8 seconds.
