IDS 80 Oil Fired Indirect Heater
This oil heater IDS 80 is highest quality made in Europe and it is suitable for various applications in construction, agricultural and industrial businesses through its robust manufacture.
Professional oil heater fan IDS 80 for clean heat on site
This oil heater fan from the IDS professional series is also ideally suited for longer periods of heating, because the integrated fuel tank already allows up to 12 hours of maximum operation. In addition, a connection kit for an external oil tank is optionally available for longer continuous use. The double-walled, protectively coated housing of the IDS 80 ideally insulates the sound and minimizes the surface temperature and thus the risk of injury. An electronic flame arrester, safety thermostat to protect against overheating and fully automatic post-cooling also ensure safety.
The chassis and the large wheels ensure sufficient flexibility. Especially when working on construction sites, the location can be easily changed. The IDS 80 oil heater fan also has a connection option for an air transport hose and a two-way hose distributor.
Whether in storage rooms, workshops, on construction sites or in greenhouses and cattle sheds, the IDS 80 heats up quickly, effectively and easily thanks to the integrated oil burner with a high-quality Danfoss® pump.
With reliable performance, the maintenance effort for the robustly constructed device is only minimal. With an air volume of 4,300 m³/h, the IDS 80 has a maximum nominal heat output of 80.2 kW.
IDS indirect oil heater fan - maximum heating power, clean warmth
The indirect oil heater fans of the IDS series are ideal for rooms where only limited ventilation is possible, but which should nevertheless be used by people and animals. They are also a good choice for accelerating the drying of buildings and in rooms where there is a risk of fire due to the presence of combustible materials.
In principle, the combustion process is the same as that of the IDS direct oil heater fan: The fuel is sucked out of the tank by a pump, brought to operating pressure, then sprayed into the combustion chamber as an air-fuel mixture via an atomizer nozzle and burned there. However, with indirect heaters, the air to be heated is completely separated from the combustion chamber.
In the case of indirect oil heater fans, the air intended for heating is sucked in by the same fan as is the combustion air, but is then routed separately past the enlarged surface of the combustion chamber, the heat exchanger, in order to be able to heat up without being mixed with the exhaust air . While the products of combustion are discharged to the outside through a chimney, 100% exhaust-free hot air escapes through the outlet opening of the indirect oil heater fan.
In order to gain clean and at the same time dry heat, the use of indirect oil heater fans is recommended. In contrast to direct heaters, neither combustion products nor released water vapor get into the room air, as long as a suitable exhaust gas discharge has been attached to the chimney of the device, which directs the exhaust gases outside of the room to be heated.
The IDS 80 offers a wide range of possible uses
The combination of mobile chassis design, integrated fuel tank and a maximum nominal heat output of 80.2 kW makes the IDS 80 indirect oil heater fan a versatile heating solution for a wide variety of applications, for example:
- Warming of workshops
- Heating of livestock stalls
- Temperature control of storage rooms
- Heating of construction site interiors
- Clean hot air for marquees or exhibition halls
- Warming of glass or foil greenhouses
For interior heating, the exhaust air from the oil heater can be removed from the room by attaching an exhaust pipe to the stainless steel chimney of the IDS 80 and leading it to the outside.
Instead of large-volume air heating, the IDS 80 oil fan heater also enables spot heating using a hot-air hose. The hose connector required for attachment is available as an optional accessory if required - also as a two-way hose distributor for simultaneous spot heating of two workstations. And for longer periods of continuous use, the IDS 80 can also be supplied with fuel from an external oil tank instead of from the integrated tank. The connection kit required for this is available as an optional accessory, as is an optional oil preheater.
