Industrial desiccant dehumidifier TTR 1400
This low-maintenance desiccant dehumidifier of German high-quality manufacturing ensures not only high dehumidification values even at low dew points – owing to its stainless steel housing, the TTR 1400 is also known for a high corrosion resistance and good hygiene characteristics.
For this reason the industrial desiccant dehumidifier is ideally suited for all operational environments with special hygienic standards, low temperatures or particularly material-straining conditions – it is hence the perfect solution for many dry keeping tasks or the production of dry air in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry as well as in the sector of mechanical engineering, but also to protect machines, inventory and buildings from corrosion, condensation and mould formation, for example in water processing facilities or electrical control centres.
Due to the comprehensive standard equipment the TTR 1400 can be adjusted to various application requirements without difficulty. Be it electronic regeneration heating, rotation control, overtemperature protection system with restart lock, operating temperature management, G4 air filters in Z-line design with electronic monitoring and collective warning light, terminals external On/Off, terminals hygrostat or potential-free contacts for operation, fault and filter – already ex works the TTR 1400 has many practice-oriented equipment features and thanks to numerous equipment options can moreover be equipped precisely to meet your individual needs.
Another special feature of this industrial desiccant dehumidifier is the integrated Duoventic air volume regulation. Working according to the TTR Trisorp Dual principle with dual air circulation for pressure-neutral recirculation operation the TTR 1400 comes equipped with separate fans per circuit; using Duoventic these can be controlled independently via an infinitely variable electronic regulation. This enables the fine adjustment of moisture content and volumetric flow of the dry air required without the need to e.g. install energy-wasting throttle valves to regulate the air volume as has often been customary so far.
And in case of stationary industrial applications the TTR 1400 further scores with its configurable air direction reversal. With the operator side always facing the user, the air flow direction can easily be adjusted to your individual processes as needed by means of a modular conversion. Blowing out dry air to the right and discharging humid air to the left – or the other way round – with the TTR 1400 the air direction reversal can be carried out with minimal effort.
