With the BE49, DC and AC voltage measurements, direct current and alternating current measurements, resistance measurements, diode tests as well as continuity tests can be carried out.

The measured values are shown in a clearly legible fashion on the large LC display with optional background illumination. Thanks to the practical hold function, the measured values remain readable even after you have completed the measurement process. When you carry out a continuity test, an acoustic signal indicates a short circuit or a closed circuit and therefore speeds up your work progress, since you do not have to keep your eyes on the display during the measurement.
