The robust distance meter is equipped with a tilt sensor and a digital spirit level plus horizontal and vertical bubble. Combining advanced laser technology with high measurement accuracy, the TD120 allows you to perform distance measurements up to a range of 120 metres.
Tilt sensor and digital spirit level
The TD120 comes with a digital spirit level and a precise 360° tilt sensor that automatically determines and displays the inclination for angle-based calculations.
Memory for 99 measured values
Measurements or calculated results are automatically stored and the last 99 values can be displayed in reverse order when calling the memory history.
The TD120 supports you with a wide range of measuring functions:
Automatic height measurements
The height is automatically calculated on the basis of the inclination angle and by measuring two distances, i.e. the start and end point of the searched distance.
Area calculation
After measuring the width and length of an area, the TD120 automatically calculates the corresponding area and indicates all three values.
Indirect length measurements
By combining tilt and distance measurement, horizontal distances can be determined with just one measurement, even past obstacles.
2-point Pythagoras function
The distance between the two end points can be determined automatically by measuring the distance between two end points if one measurement is taken at a "right angle".
3-point Pythagoras for indirect height measurements
This function allows for indirect height or length measurements even without line of sight or if obstacles are in the way.
3-point Pythagoras function for partial distance calculations
Partial heights can also be calculated with the TD120 using the 3-point Pythagoras function.
