Aluminium joint crossing system
The original for systematic damage-minimizing drying processes
Using the cross joint procedure, insulation layer sections underneath grouted top surfaces can be dried without having to destroy them for core drill holes.
Therefore, this procedure is generally appropriate as a damage-minimizing approach for grouted top surfaces, particularly though for the preservation of valuable or hard-to-replace floor covering such as tiles or other hard covers with jointing.
The robust Trotec joint crossing system in flow-optimized aluminium construction is available as fully equipped version incl. ten quick-lock couplings with a transparent 1.5 m hose and ground tips.
Unlike conventional cross joint distributors provided with a head end hose connection, the 38 or 50 mm hose of the Trotec joint crossing system is attached lengthwise which on the one hand leads to very favourable pressure and flow conditions with little turbulences and on the other hand provides the advantage that the joint crossing system can be extended any number of times for large drying areas by use of the optional coupling, if required.
A few practical benefits:
- Professional quality "Made in Germany" – Originally produced by Trotec
- The ideal solution for the preservation of grouted surfaces during insulation drying
- Optimum flow geometry
- Robust aluminium construction
- The fully equipped version incl. 10 quick-lock couplings with a transparent 1.5 m hose and ground tips
